Skyline’s quarterly Perimeter Protection pest program – P2 – will effectively control pests with minimal environmental impact and less chance of risk to human and animal health. We focus our control efforts intensively on where the bugs come from – the outside of your home. This is one of the steps we are taking to be GREENER! We only apply pesticides to the inside of your home if absolutely necessary. We want to stop pests outside before they enter your home!

Your Initial Service includes:

• Treatment of attic and/or crawl space.
• Complete interior treatment of all levels by targeting windows, doorways, under appliances and plumbing lines
• Spider web removal in the garage, basement, if applicable, and the exterior perimeter.
• Complete exterior treatment targeting the foundation of the structure, all windows, doors, gutters and gutter downspouts, soffits, flower beds, edges of walkways and driveways, underneath bottom rung of siding, and any problem areas that are noticed during inspection
• Treatment of any problem areas in the yard that may pose a threat to the interior of the structure
• Treatment for mice only if inspection reveals a mouse problem. DOES NOT include rats.  

Your Quarterly P2 Service includes:

• Complete exterior treatment by targeting the foundation of the structure, all windows, doors, gutters and gutter downspouts, soffits, flower beds, edges of walkways and driveways, treating underneath bottom rung of siding, and any problem areas that are noted during our inspection.
• Spider web removal to the exterior perimeter.
• Treatment of any problem areas in the yard that may pose a threat to the interior of the structure
• Treatment for mice only if inspection reveals a mice problem or customer informs office of a problem.

Please note that the quarterly treatments are exterior only and treatment will not be schedule; however, you will receive a courtesy call.
