Swarming Termites vs. Flying Ants

Do you know the dirrence between swarming termites and flying ants?  They look similar yet have their differences.


Swarm season usually stars in late February or early March in Georgia, depending on the weather.  Worker termites are active 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, foraging for new food sources (wood) and gathering food to nourish the rest of the termite colony: queens, soldiers, reproducers and young.
